My cousin JoJo is here in Jamaica with us.

We are all having fun with her.

On Sunday, we drove to May Pen to see JoJo’s mom, Aunty Rema.

Then Uncle Earl drove with us to Lover’s Leap high up in the hills of St. Elizabeth.

This is called the most romantic place in Jamaica.

The story is that two slaves who were in love, Mizzy and Tunkey, jumped off the cliff to their death so that they could never be separated.

Then we drove down to the beach to visit Jakes at Treasure Beach.

I had fruit punch and sat and watched Sister Vicky playing with her new friend Malik in the sand.

Mommy had soup and vegetable stew for dinner.

Daddy and the rest of us went over to Jack Sprat to get steamed and fried fish for dinner.

I had jerked chicken and fries.

We all had a wonderful time in Treasure Beach.

Daddy and Uncle Earl drove us safely back to Kingston.

Today is Friday, February 14, 2020.

Today is Valentine’s Day and everybody is wearing red. 

I got red balloons from Aunty Jackie.

They made me feel very special.

Many people share chocolates on Valentine’s Day.

This morning Mommy and I went to Grandma.

Later at the office, Uncle Chinna came and had lunch with us.

He gave me a ginger drink that he made and I enjoyed it.

Uncle Chinna’s big son, Jason will have his twentieth bIrthday tomorrow.

He is studying at the University.

His other sons Jusain and Jaydon are in high school.

My cousin JoJo is coming later today from America.

She wants to go to the beach and other fun places.

Earlier today, Dad and I went to pick up Sister Vicky at school.

We stopped at Lee’s to buy doughnut and coconut water.

We drove back to the office to play cricket with Vicky and my friend Justin.

I am looking forward to the weekend.

After working for five days, the weekend is time to rest.

Some people go to church, either on Saturday and Sunday.

Sometimes I stay at home and play wii sports game with Vicky.

I also like to go shopping at the supermarket and buy groceries.

I like to watch the movie Madagascar on my Kindle Fire tablet.

I like to watch cricket games with the West Indies, India and England.

I like to watch the Boston Red Sox and New York Yankees baseball games.

Sports helps me to focus and stay fit.

We are now in the month of December.

People are starting to get ready for the Christmas season.

We are seeing lots of ads on TV.

There are also lots of holiday jingles on the radio.

Vicky and I saw Santa Claus in the supermarket.

People are driving around with reindeer antlers on their cars.

The stores are now putting up pepper lights and Christmas trees.

The holidays are fun, but we must not forget the true meaning of Christmas

It is about loving, caring and sharing with each other.

We should show love not only at this time but all throughout the year..

Christmas is also a time for family.

This year we will spend time together and give thanks to God for another year.

My Grandma will go to church to thank God for Grandpa who left us this year.

My sister and I will give thanks for our parents, teachers and friends.

Today was an awesome day as I joined my friends at school.

We were going to a concert to mark the start of Special Olympics.

We practiced playing drums before we left school.

Mommy took pictures of us practicing the drums. 

Vicky was dancing along as we played.

I was happy that my sister enjoyed my drumming.

Then we took a bus to the National Indoor Sports Center.

We played our drums for the audience and they cheered us.

My friends Erin, Jordan and Derrick also played music.

It felt good to be drumming with my friends.

My teachers were very proud of us.

I also saw a funny clown at the concert.

Afterwards, Mommy and Vicky picked me up and took me to the office.

I am now having lunch at the office.

Sister Vicky is learning to write her own stories.

After lunch, I will rest and go to the supermarket.

Last night, I felt the cool breeze blowing.

This tells me that Christmas is just around the corner.

I hear jingles on the radio and see see ads on TV.

I see decorations In the stores.

Christmas is coming!

At Christmas time we remember people who are old, sick and poor, and we must be kind to them.

We must spend time together as family and give thanks for all our blessings.

This year we will say a special prayer for Grandpa.

This is our first Christmas holiday without him.

I enjoyed my drumming class today.

I saw Erin and Jordon and we had fun playing the drums.

On Saturday we will be performing in an auditorium.

We practiced the songs that we will be playing on Saturday.

Music helps me to learn and to relax.

It is good for my brain.

I have class on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

Daddy is going to help me do better at drumming.

We will go back to the music studio very soon.

Every day after drumming I head to the office to play my favorite game.

I like playing cricket. 

I also like watching cricket stars like Gayle, Kholi and Moen Ali.

I was playing cricket outside the office with Daddy, Ras, Security and Mario.

My friend Justin came and played with me.

I was hitting fours and sixes all over the place.

I hit some balls on the roof.

Capo climbed up to get the balls off the roof and threw them down.

I like to hear everybody cheer me on.

On Sunday we went to the beach.

Mommy, Daddy, Vicky, Grandma, Uncle Mikey, Aunty Des, Mikala, Alex and other family members all went to Waves Beach. in Hellshire.

We ate fish, bammy and festival.

It was a fun day.

Vicky and I collected seashells and built sand castles.

I had lots of fun swimming and diving for shells.

Sister Vicky cried when the water got into her eyes.

We enjoyed the time spent as a family.

It was a nice way to remember Grandpa.

Yesterday our family came together to remember Grandpa.

Uncle Mikey, Aunty Des, Mikala, Alex, Aunty Rema, Aunty Mich and other family members went to church to pay our respects to Grandpa.

He was a policeman who was strong and fair and loved his family.

Grandpa Terance was 94 years old and died in hospital.

Vicky and I used to love to play with Grandpa.

We are going to miss him.
